At Bombay Trooper, we want you to love your gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure that all products are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging.

Initiate Request

Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Quality Check & Packing

Ensure the product is in its original condition and pack it securely in the original Trooper box or a tamper-proof bag.

Handover to Courier

Our logistics partner will arrive within 2-3 business days for a reverse pickup; please ensure you collect a pickup receipt.

Refund or Replacement

Once the item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange.
